Refund Policy

• When a course is cancelled or a seat is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to the client. London Elite Centre must review the registration request and availability of seats before confirming registration.

• The fees are fully refunded if the client cancels the course (with notification 15 days before the start date).

• An urgent situation like a crisis or a denial of access at the airport will result in the course cost being refunded in full or rescheduled. Refunds will be provided if rescheduling cannot be agreed upon.
